Does Zoneee offer free migration when switching software?
Yes – Zoneee includes free migration as standard for every clinic that switches, through its SwitchEasy™ programme, with no extra cost to move your data across.
How long does it take to migrate to Zoneee?
Most clinics have their data fully migrated onto Zoneee within about 3 days. Live team training and full go-live typically follow within the first two weeks.
Can I migrate my data from Cliniko to Zoneee?
Yes. Zoneee has a direct migration process for clinics switching from Cliniko, and its team handles the entire data transfer for you.
Can I migrate from Practice Hub to Zoneee?
Yes, Zoneee supports direct migration from Practice Hub, transferring patient records, appointments, and clinical data as part of the free SwitchEasy™ service.
Does Zoneee support migration from JaneApp?
Yes. Zoneee’s migration team has experience moving clinics from JaneApp, transferring existing patient and appointment data into Zoneee at no extra cost.
What if my clinic uses software other than Cliniko, Practice Hub, or JaneApp?
Zoneee can still migrate your data – as long as you can provide a CSV export of your records, the Zoneee team will upload it into the platform for you.
What data gets migrated when switching to Zoneee?
Zoneee migrates patient records, appointment and diary history, clinical notes, and care plans as part of the standard SwitchEasy™ migration.
Will my team need to re-enter patient data manually when switching to Zoneee?
No. Zoneee’s migration team handles the data transfer directly, so clinics don’t need to manually re-enter patient records, appointments, or notes.
Does Zoneee provide training for staff during migration?
Yes. Your CAs can train live inside a working Zoneee clinic as part of the migration, learning directly from experienced staff who use the system daily. Zoneee can also send an experienced care advisor on-site to support the clinic’s own team in person.
Is there ongoing support after migrating to Zoneee?
Yes. Every clinic that migrates is assigned a dedicated migration manager as a single point of contact, with ongoing customer support continuing after go-live via WhatsApp and Zoom.
Is there a trial period before committing to Zoneee?
Yes, Zoneee offers a three-month trial period, giving clinics time to test the system after migrating before committing long-term.
Does switching to Zoneee cause downtime for my clinic?
No significant downtime – migrations are handled by Zoneee’s own team in the background, with most data transferred within about 3 days, so the clinic can keep running appointments as normal throughout.
